Adeline Ng Ai Choo cum The Teacher SCAMPER

Ms Matthews slumped deeped into her seat for the umpteened time that week and let out a long, exhausted sigh. Jabbing at the infuriating paper with a finger, she lamented to her colleague," Look! I've been explaining to them the grammer rules again and again, and yet she insists on giving me such junk!"
Her colleague , shaking her head in exasperation, simply replied," That bunch is always this dissapointing. I wonder how long it will take to knock the grammer rules into their thick skulls! It's just like showing a ruby to a sow!"
"Look at this rubbish! ' I is student at Methodist father morning go sell cake mother stay at home do housework. I hate father he bad man beat me up when I no wrong. Mother also beat up when he drunk and want kill her. ' This is gross! I told them to write about themselves, and all she gives me is this load of rubbish! They'll be having their "A" levels in two month's time, and she still insists on giving me useless junk! I'll see that they get extra weekend coaching!"
The extra coaching just added to the poor teacher's grief. The next week, she was literally cursing and swearing at the insulting composition. This time, it was another teacher seating beside him, and throughout the whole free period, all he did was just listening to Ms Matthews complaining about how the compositions produced during the extra coaching were worse than before.
" Look at this! This is not only grossly ungrammatical but also illegible!" Ms Matthews practically shrieked as she got dizzy staring at the snake-like drawings on the paper placed in front of her. This colleague was better off as Ms Matthews had not bothered to read out the composition- she was dizzy enough.
Two months later, in the lounge room, a relaxed Ms Matthews was saying nonchalantly," I couldn't do anything about it except to give her an F9 straightaway- she was supposed to write about a sad event that happened to her, and she gave me a great deal of trash about her father being drunk- I couldn't help it."
And in the same week, in an evening on Friday, Ms Matthews was replying to a newspaper article " Student refused marks by teacher, plunges to death,"
" I am the teacher who had marked the papers of Annie, and in my opinion, Cambridge has clearly stated that 40-50 is a pass, and scores under that are fails. If I were to give her the extra marks in order for her to pass, out of sympathy, it would have been extremely unfair to the other students. I beg to differ , but the quotation" knew her problems but was cold-hearted" is wrong. Annie had been a very quiet and timid girl in class, and on one occasion, when I asked her if she had any problems at home, she had shaken her head vigorously. Apart from that, she refused to say anything more. And from what I understand, her father was a polite man who cared a lot about Annie's studies, not the tirant that had been described in the news. I write this to make clear my stand, and prevent any misunderstandings that may arise."
